Yes. You mine to your own wallet. When the pool finds a block, the entire block reward is paid to the miner who solved it (minus the pool fee).
No account is required. Start your miner with your wallet address as the username. Your stats appear after your first valid share.
Solo mining is luck-based. Expected time depends on your hashrate vs. network difficulty. You could find a block in minutes or not for days. This is normal for solo pools.
As soon as a block you found matures and passes confirmations. Payments are automatic to your wallet once the minimum payout is reached (if applicable).
Pool hashrate is averaged over time windows and can lag behind your local miner display. Short-term variations are expected.
